Architectural visualisations transform complex technical drawings or even simple sketched ideas into visually stunning and realistic scenes, making it much easier for your clients to visualise and understand the potential of the concept.

Exterior visualisations can be accomplished by either creating a model of the building/concept and superimposing it on a photograph of the desired site, this portrays how the completed design will appear in the real world. Another method is to model the surrounding area as well, this is extremely beneficial for complex or multi site designs and also when creating fly-by animations.

Depending on the individual needs visualisations can be highly accurate both dimensionally and furnishings or at the other end of the scale the visual can be more of an artistic impression.

Commercial Interior
above:
An interior visualisation of an area within an existing building that was to be renovated, the aim of this project was to produce variations on the initial design, to gain development funding approval before the concept was finalised and any expensive costs were incurred. The 3D digital model allowed for visuals to be created quickly and effectively which is a highly cost effective way of helping to gain that vital project approval.

Office Interior
above:
A new office development visualisation, showing the potential layout and style of the interior. A highly detailed and accurate 3D model was created from CAD drawings and sketches.

The scene was partly populated with our extensive pre-existing model components such as electronic devices and furniture. This was the best cost effective and time consuming way to quickly add detail and realism to the scene.
